Israel through the eyes of Israeli artists.
About 3 thousand artists have come to Israel from the former Soviet Union over the past 50 years. With some of them, we decided to return to the tradition of sending postcards. We turned pictures, painted in a variety of ways, into postcards.
We bring to your attention 5 different sets, each set contains 12 postcards.
Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, the Western Wall and Bauhaus, sketches and landscapes, classical painting and graphics, ancient Israel and modern. A variety of manners, very different experience and length of time in the country. All this is presented in the postcards that we bring to your attention. They are made by Israeli artists who have come to Israel from the former Soviet Union over the past 50 years. There are 5 sets in total, each of them contains 12 postcards. All signatures are in English and Russian.
We would like to revive the beautiful old tradition of sending hand-signed postcards. In our computerized era, a personal message is especially valuable.
